Photoshop Lightroom tip: Import and export images

We show you how to easily import and export your photos into Photoshop Lightroom

To import images into Photoshop Lightroom, click the Import button that’s active when the Library module is selected. Find your memory card from the Source dialog on the left-hand side, then uncheck and check images as required.

Make sure Copy is selected along the top then use the dialog on the right-hand side to select your destination folder and file naming preferences.

To Export one or more images, make sure the image thumbnails are highlighted and click the Export button. Choose a file destination and tweak settings to suit, depending on whether you want a web-size JPEG or perhaps a PSD to work on further in Photoshop.
