New Cintiq 22HD now with touch control

Wacom have announced the release of the new Cintiq 22HD Touch.

Combining multi-touch with Wacom’s renowned pen technology now allows this device to become more intuitive than ever before.

Users can now use gestures for rotating canvases, zooming images in and out, and moving work around.

The Cintiq 22HD Touch closely replicates the experience of working with two hands, when using traditional materials such as paints and markers.

The screen ensures crystal-clear graphics, with a full HD LCD with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, which combines well with the available 16.7 million colours. Both ensure life-like colour quality.

The device’s ergonomic rotating stand offers both landscape and portrait viewing angles, as well as the option to set an incline between 10-degree and 65-degrees, helping to increase comfort and productivity.

16 customisable, application-specific ExpressKeys in total located on each side of the display’s bezel make navigating and controlling software a doddle!

User-defined Touch Strips, conveniently placed on the back of the display can also be used for such functions as zoom, scroll, brush size and canvas rotation.

This all makes the Cintiq 22HD Touch ideal for graphic designers, animators and game developers.

Availability and Pricing

The Cintiq 22HD touch is priced at £1899.99/$2499 including VAT. See more at Wacom.com
